Since then, he has served on the voluntary faculty of Weill Medical College of Cornell University, where he is currently Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry.

He values data collected from other treating clinicians, educators, clinical examinations and patient history as well as from quantitative EEG studies and psychometric assessments; these data lead to a treatment plan developed together with the patient (and where appropriate his/her parents) that includes one or more of a variety of modalities, including psychotherapy, medications and neurofeedback.
